You seem to be nervous about it in relation to being in public places and in relation to your throw up issue. Maybe the fear of diarhea is just like a building block fear.

I’m not constipated because it’s a decent amount and I go every day in the morning soon after I wake up and get going. Another day, the front of the stool was a clump of pebbles joined together followed by soft (but flat!!! ) stool.
