WEBDec 21, 2022 · There is a chance that the AV-8A will go on sale in 1-2 weeks. But it won't be a great grinder. The A-6E won't be on sale, but will be far superior when grinding rank VIII vehicles. If the better grinding ability is worth the increased price, I will leave that up to you. I don't know your situation so I can't talk for you.

WEBJul 4, 2021 · AV-8A is at 9.3 battle rating and its equivalent of Harrier GR.3 (without flares), so it is more advanced platform. GR.1 (premium british harrier) is less advanced and its at 10.0 battle rating only because it has access to SRAAM rockets, which are bane to slower jets without flares, which it never meets at his battle rating.

WEBAug 18, 2021 · My argument is leave the AV-8A where it was and leave the AV-8C alone. Which is a terrible argument, because the av-8a belongs nowhere near 9.3. You cannot bomb in Ground RB against missile aa with a AV-8A, you will be lucky to even get to the map. No, you can't. Most other players are doing just fine with it against missile AA.

WEBDec 30, 2022 · You don't need bombs. No jet fighter or attacker ever needs bombs. The rest of that loadout is correct. On average, the points gain per match from dropping bombs on a base is vastly outweighed by the points loss per match because you're heavier, slower, clumsier, and a perfect target for everyone as you follow a predictable path.

You can take 2x1000lb and 1x500lb bomb, which isn't enough to kill a base, and even at that the 500lb bomb takes the place of the flare dispenser, which is a terrible trade that should never be made. Especially with how common all aspect IR missiles are now. Speaking of which, brush up on periodic release.
